Who we are

The controller of your personal data is off.land s.r.o., company ID 21498083, Za Strahovem 432/28, 169 00 Prague 6, Czechia, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 402078. Write to us at contact@off.land.

What we process

When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we have your name, email address and message. This website collects no other personal data.

Why

To answer you and prepare a proposed scope, as steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep the correspondence in our legitimate interest, so we can follow up on it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who handles it

The form delivers your message to our mailbox through Google (Google Apps Script and Google Workspace). The website runs on Cloudflare. Both may process data outside the EU, under the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

For how long

As long as we need to deal with your message. Correspondence that does not lead to a project is deleted after three years at the latest.

Cookies

We use no tracking cookies. If you switch the language, the site remembers your choice in one cookie, “lang”, for a year. It only makes the site work the way you chose.

Visit statistics

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies or other storage in your browser and does not follow you across websites. We only see totals: which pages are read, where visitors came from, country, browser type and loading speed. We cannot tell individual visitors apart from them. We do this in our legitimate interest, to know how the site works (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to contact@off.land. You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
